As part of a worldwide team of 15 people, the Senior Internal Auditor will:

• Undertake financial audits and process reviews in various LVMH businesses worldwide, providing value-added recommendations that ensure the quality of the Internal Control and financial reporting processes;
• Review the accuracy and relevance of financial information;
• Write audit reports to highlight audit findings and make recommendations;
• Ensure that corporate procedures are well communicated and implemented;
• Perform ad-hoc assignments at the request from Management.
  
  

As a Senior Internal Auditor, you will have the opportunity to work across the diverse range of business activities and operational processes within the LVMH Group. You will be exposed to top executives, while building a strong network.

Following on from this initial placement within the Internal Audit team and after 3 years, you will have the opportunity to take up a finance position in one of our prestigious brands.

Candidate profile:
Education/Languages

• University/Master degree, MBA equivalent
• Professional accounting or auditing qualifications (CPA and CIA or equivalent)
• Fluency in English (verbal and written) and at least one other Asian language (Chinese, Japanese, etc.)

Professional Experience

• 5 years of experience ideally as an external auditor (Big4), or in a financial role (business controller, finance manager)
• International exposure working overseas in a multi-national company is required

Performance criteria

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Very strong analytical and synthesizing skills
• Ability to perform risk assessments, evaluate financial documentation and detect process weaknesses
• Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and underpressure (time, context)

• Highest level of personal ethics and integrity
• Team player in a multi-cultural environment
• Able to interact at all levels of an organization

Location:

Based in Hong Kong with approximately 60-70% travel worldwide
