Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with internal legal team in project execution
• Executing and administrating various trustee, agents and escrow duties
• Performing client on boarding due diligence review and formulating work plans
• Preparing interest and waterfall calculations
• Preparing and reviewing financial accounts
• Perform market research
• Assist with ad hoc projects and duties as required

Key Requirements:  

• Bachelor degree or higher in accounting or finance discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, audit or finance industry
• Knowledge on fund administration and company secretarial duties is a plus
• Good business sense and commercial acumen
• Strong financial and business analytical skills
• Self-motivated, dedicated and outgoing team player
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English and Mandarin are essential
