Job responsibilities:

- Handle daily basic accounting functions including bookkeeping, accounting entries, filing and documentation, account receivables and account payables etc.

- Liaise with outside vendors and other internal users

- Assist month-end closing

- Assist in administrative works

- Perform ad-hoc tasks as necessary

Requirements:

- Form 7 or above with minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience

- LCCI Level 2 or equivalent is a must

- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

- Familiar with Peachtree is a definite advantage

- Able to work in a muti-cultural environment is a plus

- Attention to detail and good problem solving skills

- Good communication skills and able to work under pressure

- Competent computer skills including MS Word / Excel and Chinese Word Processing

- Immediate available is preferred

Salary: $12K-13.5K depends on experience, 5 working days a week, bank holiday, 10 days annual leave, bonus, medical and dental insurance included
