Duties

• Prepare monthly financial statements and operating reports
• Keep fixed assets register
• Prepare various analysis, reconciliation and monthly schedules
• Coordinate with other departments to observe the monthly inventory takings
• Assist in organizing internal training for Accounting staff
• Recommend ideas for developing or revising policies and procedures, plan and goals and objectives of the Accounting Department
• Assist in the preparation of monthly forecast and annual budget
• Perform any other duties as from time to time required by the Assistant Financial Controller and Financial Controller

• Work independently; cooperative; sociable
• Hardworking; willing to take up responsibilities; able to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Accounting knowledge, able to handle full set of bookkeeping
• Computer knowledge, e.g. Microsoft Office, VBA language, FLEX Accounting System, Sun Accounting System, Fashion Pro Retail System etc.
• Tax knowledge
