Main Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts

• Compile various accounting and financial reports

• Ensure accurate and timely reports to be submitted to Banks

• Ensure accuracy of bank reconciliation & A/R reconciliation

• Ensure accuracy and timely accounting records in AccPac System

• Maintain updated charts of Accounts & Analysis Code in AccPac System

• Final check the figures on the Redemption Report and Loan Contract to ensure accuracy

• Assist Head of Accounts Department to enhance and develop the Accounting System

• Keep proper and organized filing for easy retrieval and in confidential manner

• Handle & liaise with auditor for annual audit issues

• Prepare Ad hoc reports as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Accountancy

• Qualified Accountant (e.g. ACCA, HKICPA)

• Over 4 years of working experience in relevant field 

• Independently and accurately preparing Financial Statements and various accounting reports / analyze for business (preferable in financial sector)

• Able to suggest professional & sensible way to manage the financial status effectively

• Good interpersonal communication with internal and external parties in written and spoken English & Chinese

• Proficiency in AccPac System application

• Proficiency in Word and Excel applications

• Strong sense in confidentiality

• Positive, enthusiastic & self-motivated

• Accountable, detail-minded and careful

• Open-mind to receive & give constructive opinions / criticism

• Candidates with more experience shall be considered for Accounting Manager position
