Job Description
Job Duty:
- Handle general accounting duties, such as AR, AP, Bank Reconciliation and vouchers
- Handle and follow-up payment process and staff claims reimbursement
- Provide other clerical support to the team
- Handle general office administration duties
- Handle phone calls, mailing and courier
- And other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma Graduate or above with LCCI Higher Certificate
- 2 year relevant experience
- Customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient PC skills especially Excel
- Good commend of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proactive, self-motivated, responsible, well-organized and attentive to details
- Immediately available is highly preferred
