Responsibilities    

• Maintain day-to-day control of all accounting systems and accurate processing of financial data
• Assist to produce management accounts
• Issue invoices and purchase orders
• Assist to manage the accounts receivable and payable functions and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Monitor expenditure against budgets and advise any significant variances to maintain efficiency of internal control
• Travel to branch offices in China when needed

Requirements    

• Post secondary qualification or diploma in accountancy, member of ACCA/ HKICPA preferable.
• Minimum 3 years relevant accounting experience
• Good computer skills including Excel and Word
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
• High level of accuracy and detail orientation
• Able to work independently, under pressure and meet tight reporting schedule
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Good communication skills
• Company secretarial knowledge is an advantage
