Responsibilities:

• Handle trade payable transactions
• Follow up settlement status
• Responsible bill payment
• Assist in month-end closing and reports preparation 
• Perform monthly cash flow planning and forecast
• Prepare periodical management reports and financial analysis
• Liaise with various departments and external auditors
• Participate in ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma/degree in accounting, finalist or equivalent
• Student Member of ACCA or HKICPA with completion of Certificate Level.
• Minimum 3 years working experiences, preferable in Accounts Payable
• Proficiency in excel
• Detail-oriented, Independent, self-motivated & able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Strong communications skills
• Positive attitude, proactive team player
• Proficient in both spoken and written English, Mandarin is an advantage
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as senior account clerk
• 5.5days work.
