• To provide personal matters, secretarial support and business development activities to Senior Management
• To assist and support Senior Management's business initiatives, preparation, execution and review
• To manage the calendar for the Senior Management to ensure strategic priorities are meet
• To assist Senior Management to develop and implement systems to improve operations efficiency
• To manage and arrange daily schedule, business travel logistics
• To handle data analysis, business sales report, documents and minutes taking
• To handle ad hoc projects as assigned

We are looking for

• Bachelor's Degree holder in any discipline
• 3 years or above related experiences
• Proactive, energetic and willing to take up new challenges
• Good communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
