Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all round office administration duties but not limited to fixture & furniture and office supplies sourcing.
  • Monitor office / warehouse security and access control system.
  • Provide daily clerical support to Administration and Supply Chain teams.
  • Organize, maintain and update office files and records systematically.
  • Handle ad hoc assignments or projects as required.

 

Requirements

  • F. 5 / DSE graduate or equivalent.
  • 1 year office administration experience is preferable but not essential.
  • PC proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, energetic, proactive and able to be a good team player.
  • Hand working, able to handle multi-tasks independently and willing to learn.
  • Immediate available is preferable.
