Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all round office administration duties but not limited to fixture & furniture and office supplies sourcing.
- Monitor office / warehouse security and access control system.
- Provide daily clerical support to Administration and Supply Chain teams.
- Organize, maintain and update office files and records systematically.
- Handle ad hoc assignments or projects as required.
Requirements
- F. 5 / DSE graduate or equivalent.
- 1 year office administration experience is preferable but not essential.
- PC proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, energetic, proactive and able to be a good team player.
- Hand working, able to handle multi-tasks independently and willing to learn.
- Immediate available is preferable.
