Responsibilities

• Assist the Warehouse Manager in full spectrum of warehouse operations, including CFS operation, contract logistics operation and fleet control
• Warehouse facility and equipment management
• Contractors management
• Implementation of security and safety plan
• Setting up SOP for new operations to ensure its implementation as planned and to fulfil KPI requirements
• Provide training to internal staff and contractors for SOP requirements
• Prepare quotation to clients
• Claims and incident handling
• Periodic review of operation
• Administrative works, include approval of leave application, operation statistics and KPI reporting
• Work location: Tuen Mun

Requirements

• University degree in Logistics Management / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines plus at least 3 years relevant experience in managerial position of CFS, logistics warehouse or distribution centre preferable. Non-degree candidate but with proven experience in warehouse management and excellent communication skill will also be considered.
• Good communication skill in Chinese & English (written and spoken)
• Good interpersonal skill to all level of staffs, contractors and clients
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Familiar with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Warehouse Management System (WMS)
