This is a full-time position. We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience teaching drama and have a Drama degree. A formal teaching qualification is an advantage. Practising actors/directors are also considered provided they have extensive experience working with children.

Candidates must be energetic, proactive, enjoy working with children ages 3 to 16 and be able to introduce them to the world of theatre in fun, creative and engaging ways.

Candidates must also be a team player and help administrate and facilitate various programmes, projects and performances. Experience in relevant theatre and arts related projects is needed.

Group Leaders

This is a part-time position. Experienced drama teacher required to lead exciting workshops for children of various ages from ages 3 to 16. Practising actors/directors also considered provided they have extensive experience working with children. Required for Saturdays and after school during the week on Hong Kong Island and Kowloon Tong.

Assistant Leaders

This is a part-time position. Drama enthusiasts who are experienced in working with young people. You’ll also need great references, total reliability, sense of humour and excitement at the thought of inspiring the next generation of talented young actors. Experience with administration and facilitation of youth theatre programmes is a plus.

Student Leaders

This is a part-time position.Year 12 or 13 or university students with a passion for theatre, young people and working as part of a dramatic team. You need to be reliable, well-presented and supportive with high motivation.

Workshop and Production Intern / Gap Student

This is a full-time position with 4/6/12 month placement options available. Gap year students who are interested in assisting in drama workshops and productions. Must be reliable, highly motivated and enthusiastic. Proficiency with Microsoft Office programmes is an advantage.
