Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Based in Group’s Head Office to support the Group in office administration operations, including procurement, mailing, hotel and flight ticket booking
- Handling incoming telephone calls, greeting visitors, conference room arrangement and support full spectrum of general office administration
- Assisting in management of office equipment, facilities maintenance, office administrative reporting& other administrative functions
- Occasionally offer support and provide reception services to guests from PRC and overseas
- Ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Form 5 or above; Higher Diploma is preferred
- At least 3-5 years relevant experience in administration/receptionist, preferably gained from sizable organizations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner is required
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
- Well versed in Excel and Chinese Word processing
- Able to work independently with multi-task assignment, attention to details
