Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Based in Group’s Head Office to support the Group in office administration operations, including procurement, mailing, hotel and flight ticket booking
  • Handling incoming telephone calls, greeting visitors, conference room arrangement and support full spectrum of general office administration
  • Assisting in management of office equipment, facilities maintenance, office administrative reporting& other administrative functions
  • Occasionally offer support and provide reception services to guests from PRC and overseas
  • Ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above; Higher Diploma is preferred
  • At least 3-5 years relevant experience in administration/receptionist, preferably gained from sizable organizations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner is required
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
  • Well versed in Excel and Chinese Word processing
  • Able to work independently with multi-task assignment, attention to details
