Responsibilities:
- Provide full range of administrative support to Project Team
- Daily site office management including procurement and maintenance
- Ensure documents management functions of printing, scanning, indexing and distribution (hard copy and electronic files) are carried out effectively and efficiently
- Occasional support to the project site area
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Project Manager

Requirements:
- Matriculated or Diploma educated
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Proficient in PC skills and Microsoft Office
- Responsible, detail-oriented, have integrity and willing to learn
- A good team player
- Basic in English, proficient in spoken Putonghua and written Chinese
