Job Responsibilities

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Director
• Materials sourcing & monitoring deliveries with vendors & price negotiation skills
• Stable, polite, punctual, and must be self-motivated, independent and willing to work under pressure
• Other as hoc assignments

 Job Requirements

• Diploma
• At least 3 years experience in interior design field
• Mature, self motivated, organized and detail-minded.
• Good team player
• Good communication skill in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Good computer knowledge is essential
• Enjoy working in challenging environment
• Immediate available or short notice preferable.
• Alternative Saturday off
