Job Description

  • Assist in the IT projects to ensure the projects delivered on time
  • Participate in HR system enhancement, implementation, review and streamline existing procedures through workflow analysis, convert such into user requirements and/or functional specifications
  • Work closely with internal teams and technical teams to ensure the projects achieve corporate objective and meet operational needs
  • Degree holder in Computer Studies or related discipline, with a minimum 5 years’ hands-on HRIS experience preferably in banking or financial sector
  • Good exposure in system evaluation, UAT and daily administration; Tactful communication, organization and project Management skills are essential
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance and HR related regulatory requirements
  • Proficient in excel and other software application, familiar with Database Management (e.g. SQL server)
  • Experience in SQL, VB.NET, Visual Basic and MS windows system administration will be an advantage

 

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Deputy Manager, Compensation & Benefits
