Job Description

Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage full spectrum of HR functions including manpower planning, recruitment & selection, payroll administration, training & development, performance management and employee relations etc.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies in Health, Safety and Environment.
  • Review the company policies and processes and ensure updated with regulatory requirements Employee handbook as when required.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports to management review.
  • Serve as a business partner to department heads in all Human Resources matters and provide value-added HR services.
  • Responsible for company activities such as annual dinner etc.
  • Handle ad hoc assignment and other duties as when required. 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in HR Management/ business administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years’ relevant working experience in the manufacturing sector is preferable
  • With Ethical Audit knowledge and experience is highly preferable
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related regulatory practices
  • Excellent communication, planning, analytical and people management skills
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written in English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is preferable
