Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage full spectrum of HR functions including manpower planning, recruitment & selection, payroll administration, training & development, performance management and employee relations etc.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies in Health, Safety and Environment.
- Review the company policies and processes and ensure updated with regulatory requirements Employee handbook as when required.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports to management review.
- Serve as a business partner to department heads in all Human Resources matters and provide value-added HR services.
- Responsible for company activities such as annual dinner etc.
- Handle ad hoc assignment and other duties as when required.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in HR Management/ business administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years’ relevant working experience in the manufacturing sector is preferable
- With Ethical Audit knowledge and experience is highly preferable
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related regulatory practices
- Excellent communication, planning, analytical and people management skills
- Excellent command of both spoken and written in English and Chinese
- Immediate available is preferable
