Human Resources

• Responsible for checking attendance and payroll calculation
• Handle recruitment and other human resources functions
• Prepare for the new recruits contracts and other materials

Administration

• Handle general administrative services including renovation and relocation, leasing, insurance, telecommunications, maintenance and other administrative matters
• Administration budget and admin expense processing
• Planning and promotion activities of various types of employees
• Handle MPF and Medical Plan
  
  
  

行政

• 處理一般行政事務包括裝修和搬遷，租務，保險，電訊，維修保養及其他行政事務
• 管理預算和行政費用的處理
• 策劃及推廣各類員工活動
• 處理強積金及醫療計劃
  
  
  

Requirements:

• At least 3 years HR & Admin experience, preferably in beauty industry
• Completed the Human Resources diploma or certificate with well understanding of Labour Law
• Skilled in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint, etc
• Active, positive, attentive, sincere, independent, strong organization, self-motivated, responsible and efficient

• 3年以上有關經驗, 曾任職美容業者優先
• 持人力資源文憑或證書, 懂勞工法例
• 熟練電腦操作，包括Microsoft Excel, word及power point等
• 主動, 正面, 細心, 誠懇, 獨立, 組織性強, 有上進心, 有責任感和有效率
  
  
  

• Working Days: 5.5 days working with alternate Saturday-off and bank holidays.
