Job Duties:

• Assist in implementing internal staff training programmes
• Perform all-rounded Human Resources functions including recruitment, casual payroll administration, compensation & benefits, performance management, staff relations, training and development
• Co-ordinate with different stakeholders, both internal and external, in relation to graduate and lateral recruitment. This includes preparing interview schedules, interview packs and in-house interviews.
• Provide general supporting for the day-to-day office administration routines
• Ad hoc as assigned
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Major in Business Administration or Human Resources Management is preferred
• Minimum of 1 year relevant Hands-on working experience
• Solid experience in payroll administration and C&B management
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Behavioral qualities such as : proactiveness, result-orientation
• Self-motivation, service-orientation, analytical mind-set
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-pacedoperations
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
