Job Duties: 

• Perform full spectrum of human resources & administration functions including recruitment & selection, payroll & MPF, C & B, training, and other admin. duties etc.
• Assist to review, formulate and implement C & B strategies, policies and procedures
• Responsible for updating and maintaining the personnel database
• Produce monthly HR reports including payroll, turnover and staff movement reports
• Perform other ad-hoc projects as required

 Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• At least 5 years working experiences in HR, retails business experience is preferred.
• Well versed with employment related ordinances and HR practice
• Good interpersonal skills, well organized, detail-oriented and proactive
• Work Independently and willing to work under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Proficient in PC application and Chinese word processing
• Immediate available is preferred
