Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support including stationery ordering and stock keeping
• Arranging maintenance works for office facilities and equipment
• Review and responsible for accurate accounting data entries
• Responsible for filing and documentation tasks
• Prepare business correspondence and presentation materials
• Responsible for accurate data management
• Assist in all round HR functions including recruitment, C&B and other HR administrative duties as required
• Assist in ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Diploma or above
• 2 years of administrative/accounting/H.R. experience
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Stable, well organized, detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English & Chinese Word Processing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
• Immediately available preferred
