Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support including stationery ordering and stock keeping
- Arranging maintenance works for office facilities and equipment
- Review and responsible for accurate accounting data entries
- Responsible for filing and documentation tasks
- Prepare business correspondence and presentation materials
- Responsible for accurate data management
- Assist in all round HR functions including recruitment, C&B and other HR administrative duties as required
- Assist in ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Diploma or above
- 2 years of administrative/accounting/H.R. experience
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Stable, well organized, detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English & Chinese Word Processing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
- Immediately available preferred
