Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle the daily operation of reservations department
- Assist Reservations Manager in various job tasks and administration works
Requirements:
- Graduate in hospitality management with minimum 1 year relevant working experience in hotel reservation department
- Experience in Opera system and pre-opening set up is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent in both spoken/written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
