- Handle all-rounded HR functions including compensation benefits, orientation, employees relation and ad hoc assignments
- Maintain and update staff information, leave application and movements
- Maintain the roster, attendance and leave record
- Update and maintenance of the HR system
- Follow up the work injury case independently
- Other as-hoc project assigned
Requirement:
- Diploma holder or equivalent
- At least 1 year HR experience, preferably in F&B industry
- Meticulous with analytical mind, able to work independently and meet deadline
- Good team player, detail minded and flexible
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
- Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese / Mandarin
