Responsibilities:

• Assist in fundraising/marketing activities
• Coordinate with volunteers and donors  
• Assist in developing promotional materials
• Update database and handle email correspondences
• Other administrative works assigned

The successful candidate SHOULD have the following qualifications:

• Diploma holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines is an advantage
• 1 to 2 years marketing or administrative experience
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to meet tight deadlines
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
