Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall office management and direction of Administration
- Handle Recruitment, Payroll, Performance Management, Insurance, benefits & claims
- Assist in IT network, domain & email server management, and coordinate with vendors on server and support
- Forecast & control the Admin, IT and HR budgeting, provide statistical & analysis reports
- Central document filing system
- Ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by management
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree holder in BA, HRM or related disciplines
- At least 5 years working experience in manufacturing
- Knowledge of Company Secretarial matters
- Familiar with HK & PRC Labor Law
- Mature, proactive, energetic, willing to handle multi-tasks and tight schedule
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work under pressure and overtime
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Hands on MS Office with Chinese & English
- Occasionally travel to Dongguan PRC factory
Less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
