RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for receptionist duties, including greeting visitors, answering / transferring incoming calls, etc.
• Provide general office administration support, including ordering stationery and office supplies, managing conference room schedules, and arranging office equipment maintenance and cleanliness
• Handle courier arrangement

REQUIREMENTS:

• Form 5 education or above
• 3 - 4 years of front desk and office administration experience in sizable company
• Hands-on PC operations including MS office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Mature, independent and well organized
• Reliable, attentive to details and able to work under pressure
