Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of administrative, business and secretarial support to Directors
• Perform a wide range of HR functions including recruitment and selection, leave and attendance, medical enrollment, etc
• Closely liaise with internal and external parties
• Assist in overall project planning, scheduling and coordination for smooth implementation with the marketing team
• Arrange meetings, travel itinerary and accommodation
• Occasional travel required
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks

 Requirements:

• Degree or above
• With 2 years secretarial experience or above
• Self-motivated, responsible, mature & well-organized with strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Ability to work independently with good team spirit
• Excellent command in written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin; good command in Japanese is an advantage
• Good PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing
• Immediate available is preferred
