Job Description

Responsibilities

 

  • Provide full range of secretarial and administrative support to Senior Executives

  • Responsible to handle travel arrangement and hotel booking

  • Liaise with internal and external business / social contacts / offshore offices

  • Prepare and follow-up meetings, coordinate business activities

  • Handle business correspondences, reports, presentations and other confidential and professional documents

  • Assist in negotiating corporate rate for hotel and travel agents

  • Handle ad hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements

 

  • Degree holder preferably with formal secretarial training

  • Minimum 5 years relevant experiencein supporting senior expatriates, preferably gain in Banking & Financial sector

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility

  • Able to work on tight deadlines and under pressure

  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese, including Mandarin

  • Immediate available is preferred
