Job Description
About the Role:
The Retail Operations Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Director of Retail Operations in organizing the department activities and administration. Additionally the role will be supporting to the Store Development and Planning(SDP) team which is part of Retail Operations Department. The SDP team is responsible for store concept roll outs and refits across Asia Pacific, ensuring stores are executed on time and up to standards. This position requires strong analytical skills and oral/written communications skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Assistance to the Director of Retail Operations
- Arrange and organize internal meetings
- Keep track and update all team members’ schedules
- Be the key communicators interdepartmentally
- Prepare presentations and reports
- Handle other ad-hoc tasks and projects
Support to the SDP team
- Perform administrative tasks and projects such as tracking budgets and invoice, generating reports updating databases, identifying trends and variances etc
- Prepare charts, tables, graphs and other presentation materials to support functional work
- Maintain an efficient archive database (guidelines, drawings, orders, pictures etc) for future use by all project members
- Order furniture and accessories and claims to support space planning needs
- Provide project support or administrative support to multiple team members at the direction of his/her manager
Job Requirements:
- University degree holder with minimum 3 years of working experience
- Possess advance excel skills and extremely analytical
- Mastering PowerPoint and able to make great presentations
- Self-driven and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Proactive, organized and detail-minded
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external parties
- Flexible and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in PC skills, such as MS office, reporting tools and Chinese word typing etc
