Requirements:
 

• Degree holder in HR, Business Management or any other disciplines
• At least 8 years’ HR and office administration experience in sizable companies
• Hands-on experience in payroll and office administration
• Proficient in the use of MS Office applications and Chinese input
• Good command of written English and Chinese
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent planning and organisation skills to meet deadlines
• Pro-active, self-motivated, independent and good team player

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of HR & administration staff to ensure smooth operation of the Company
• Formulate HR & administration policies to guide employees’ work and performance
• Review and make adjustment to existing workflow to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
• Acquire, liaise, manage and review performance of a pool of suppliers and service providers
• Provide secretarial support to Director in all aspects of the Company and ad-hoc projects
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR & Administration Manager
