Responsibilities:

• To follow up and review HR related strategies, policies and practices to retain and motivate talent of the organization. Specific duties include:

• Follow up and manage the payroll process, including the E-HR and E-leave systems

• Handle all Personnel matters, including staff development & training, employee records, insurance, etc.

• Oversee the performance and reward management systems, and its related policies and practices

• Nurture postive organizational culture and employee relations to align with organizational vision and mission

• Provide secretariat support to Director and management team

Requirements:

• Degree holder in HR related discipline

• Have at least 5 years related working experience

• NGO experience and good IT knowledge is a plus

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Word Processing

• Be a good team player, independent, self-motivated, positive thinking, possess good interpersonal skills and able to handle challenges

• Fluent in Cantonese and English

• Have passion in working with children and charity sector

• Immediate available preferred
