(1-year renewable contract)

Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of office administration functions
• Provide and coordinate I.T. support and solution in all offices including database management, purchase of hardwares and softwares….etc.
• Supervise administrative staff to ensure smooth operations
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects
• Outdoor duties are occasionally required

 Requirements:

• Degree holder with 5 years relevant experience
• 1-2 years supervisory experience
• NGO experience is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English & Chinese Word Processing
• Be a good team player, independent, self-motivated, positive thinking, possess good interpersonal skills, detail oriented and able to handle challenges
• Fluent in Cantonese and English
• Have passion in working with children and charity sector
• Immediate available preferred
