Our client is a local property developer and presently is looking for suitable candidates for the following role:

HR & Admin Director

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the management of HR and Admin operations including recruitment, training and C&B and office administration in Hong Kong & China
• Play a leadership role in overall HR and admin strategy planning
• Report to the VP of HR located in HK
• Possess good staff management skills, capable to lead a HR team serving various business units with more than 300 staff members

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources or Business Management
• Minimum with 12 years Human Resources working experience with good exposure in HR and administration of Hong Kong and PRC
• With exposure in property developer organization is an added advantage
• Good communications skill in Mandarin and English
• Good leadership skills and willing to work hard
