The MoneyHero Hong Kong office is seeking suitable candidates with a strong interest in:

• Participating in the organization’s day–to-day operations that include general office administration, accounting, HR, and involvement in other office activities.
• How to work in an international, fast-paced, and professional environment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform administrative and office support activities
• Assist with processing mail, bookkeeping, data entry and office supplies requests.
• Help to improve financial, administration and HR procedures.
• Train and orient new colleagues in general office procedures.
• Involved in day–to-day operations.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Associate or Bachelor degree (or soon to be graduate)
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Advanced/intermediate in Microsoft Office, and especially Excel
• Detail-oriented, patient and the ability to work under pressure
• Positive attitude and a team player
