We are starting a new coworking space located in Western District, Hong Kong. We are currently looking for a Community Manager. Community hosts are the backbone of our team, serving the member companies in their space by ensuring smooth operation of the office facility, and by helping all of their member companies to network with each other.

Reporting to the General Manager, the following are the key responsibilities of the Community

Manager:

• Basic receptionist duties, including receiving guests, handling incoming calls and mail, handling enquiries
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as-required
• Assist General Manager in basic I.T. support, administrative system and monthly invoicing
• Develop understanding of clients’ business and service needs
• Establish and maintain good business relationship with clients
• Promote services, products and events to clients with proactive effort and provide consultation
• Liaise with existing clients for service renewals
• Assist in the development of new business channels

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years prior experience in a hospitality-related role, experience in front desk in the hospitality industry is a strong plus
• MUST speak fluent English and Cantonese
• Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills
• PC knowledge in Microsoft Office (other software skills is an advantage)
