Responsibilities & Requirement:

• Support the ISO team in maintaining the ISO quality standard and the SOP
• Work closely with Warehouse, Supply Chain Management, Business Unit and other functional teams to ensure the SOP is being followed
• Maintain and improve Hong Kong quality reports, all documentations, system structure, procedures and web portals; ensure the information are updated and systematic filed
• Assist the team to prepare and conduct internal ISO audits to advance business units and functions’ quality compliance to ISO standard
• Support the ISO Manager to collect and file project needs
• Higher Diploma graduate with about 2-3 years solid experience in ISO support and documentation
• Have exposure to ISO documentation
• Strong English written and spoken skill
• Must be pleasant in personality, willing to work extra mile and have a win-win attitude
