Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of HR & Admin functions including Payroll calculation, MPF enrollment and employee relations
• Responsible for recruitment process including job posting and interview arrangement
• Update and maintain leave and attendance record
• Participate and assist in other ad-hoc assignments

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Well versed in the employment ordinance
• 1-2 Years or above relevant working experience
• Organized and service-oriented, good command of spoken & written English and Cantonese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as HR Officer

• 更新及管理休假和出勤記錄
• 協助主管處理緊急事務

工作要求

• 擁有人事管理或相關專業的證書或以上
• 熟悉香港僱傭條例
• 1-2 年相關工作經驗
• 具備良好人際溝通技巧與表達能力
• 熟悉Microsoft Office及中文輸入法等操作系統
• 即時上班可作優先考慮
• 經驗較高者會被考慮擔任人事部主任
