Responsibilities 

• Managed all-rounded HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefit, leave administration, MPF administration, salary tax reporting and office/medical insurance etc. and day-to-day office administrative matters
• Maintain, enhance and utilize HRIS and supervise on data maintenance
• Assist the implementation of HR projects & ad-hoc assignments
• Assist in formulating and implementing HR policies & procedures
• Monitor the process of annual performance appraisal
• Co-ordinate and organize administrative services and activities
• Supervise team member of administrative department

 Requirements 

• Diploma or Degree Holder in HR, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years solid experience in handling full spectrum of HR and office administration function.
• Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance & other related regulations
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese Word processing is a must
• Strong sense of responsibilities, independent, mature, well-organized, detailed-minded and proactive
• Good command of English
• Short notice is preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as HR and Administration Officer
