Job Responsibilities

• Collect user requirements from key users and provide best fit solution
• Conduct system testing to ensure deliverables meet with business requirements
• Develop guidelines and conduct training for key users
• Provide daily support and problem solving to users in SAP functions
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• A degree/diploma in Business Studies or Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum 1 year related experience preferably in IT and business analysis
• Sound knowledge of retail related IT solution, preferably in SAP or related ERP
• Hands on experience in data analytic tools (e.g. SAP, Excel VBA, Access…etc)
• Knowledge in ABAP programming is an advantage
• Good analytical and logical skills, and attentive to details
• Must have initiative and be able to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills and a good team player
