Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Liaise with senior executives and line managers on full spectrum of HR services including recruitment, organization structuring and performance management.
- Assist in developing and implement manpower reports for effective recruitment and development.
- Assist in integration and change management through effective communication and team building activities towards corporate values.
- Support the implementation of HR strategies, procedures and policies.
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by HR Director
Requirement :
- Degree holder in human resources management or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 8 years' solid human resources experience in multinational companies, preferably with experience in buying office / sourcing company.
- In-depth knowledge of HR strategic planning, employment laws and practices
- Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of business partner
- Strong PC literacy and proven ability to develop manpower plans and reports
- Must be proactive and committed to working in a quality environment
- Strong sense of responsibility with good analytical skill, flexible and detail-minded.
- Excellent command of English and Chinese
- Familiar with China labour law
- Locate in Hong Kong extensive travel to Shenzhen and Shanghai, China.
