Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions such as recruitment, payroll, taxation, MPF, performance appraisal.
• Provide full supports to expatriates including work visa application and extension
• Handle office administration such as air ticket and hotel reservation, insurance, attendance record, security system etc
• Assist in the formulation and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Handle Ad-hoc projects are required

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management or other business disciplines
• Minimum 5 years practical HR experience in sizeable company.
• Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance, MPF Ordinance and taxation.
• Knowledge in China tax and labour ordinance.
• Good command of English, Chinese & Japanese  
• Diligent, accurate, detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Occasional travel to China.
• Immediately available is highly preferred
