Job Description:

- Perform all-round HR & Administration functions

- Provide full secretarial support to the MD and the top management team

- Update HR policies and procedures from time to time

- Handle with the whole recruitment process including CV screening, preparation of Remuneration Package    Proposal and offer negotiation

- Coordinate office maintenance, office renovation, workstation/facilities relocation, company event and staff activities

- Handle ad-hoc assignment as required

Job Requirement:

- Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 2-3 years of relevant Human Resources & Administration experience

- Well-versed in Labour Ordinance and other relevant ordinance(s) and regulations(s)

- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing

- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua

- Good interpersonal, communication and people management skills are essential

- Able to work independently, initiative and energetic
