Job Description
The British Council administers examinations on behalf of a range of UK universities and professional bodies and offers a wide range of examinations in English as a Foreign Language. We are looking to recruit an Assistant Manager, Examinations Services to provide administrative support including dealing with enquiries and examination registrations.
You should have:
- At least 3 years’ experience of managing a team and working with customers in a service orientated environment
- Excellent attention to details and 100% accuracy in daily administration
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good computer skills and be able to use word processing (English and Chinese), spreadsheet and PowerPoint applications
- Knowledge on English language assessment, examination administration and education industry would be an advantage
- All other competencies listed in the role profile
The remuneration package for this position includes a salary of at least HK$20,709 per month, plus annual bonus, 20 days of annual leave per year and medical benefits.
