Our clients, compose of Top Tier Banks, are currently looking for high caliber candidates to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure high level of customer service and manage difficult customer situations;
2. Gather/prepare statistics for service quality and productivity indicators;
3. Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines and ensure minimal comments in audits and other inspection;
4. Ensure transactions are processed with a high level of accuracy and commitment within standard turn around time in order to satisfy customer needs;
5. Monitor customer satisfaction survey ratings, net promoter score or any other survey.

Requirements:

1. F.5 graduate or above;
2. Customer Orientation and service focus;
3. Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills;
4. Have selling experience is preferable.
