Monthly Salary Range:      

HK$32,510 - HK$44,790 (Grade of Senior Executive Officer) 

HK$19,520 - HK$37,330 (Grade of Executive Officer)

Duties:  The appointee will assist in the production of content, and the development and execution of marketing initiatives and publications projects including the School website, e-marketing, newsletter, promotional campaign and other publications for brand building of the College of Business and Finance.  He/She will also keep abreast of industry trend and product characteristics, work closely with other teams in supporting their publicity and promotion needs, provide support to other marketing and promotion activities and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:  Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree with 8 years’ relevant work experience preferably in the higher education and/or continuing education sector.  They should be service-oriented, detail-minded, independent and able to work under pressure. Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving and supervisory skills, interpersonal and communication skills, and excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) are required. Good computer proficiency will be an advantage.

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Executive Officer.

Terms of Appointment:  Salary placement will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  The contract will normally be for 2 years with the possibility of renewal subject to review. A contract-end gratuity (taxable) will be payable upon satisfactory completion of the contract.  Medical and dental benefits, annual leave and the use of sports and library facilities will be provided where applicable.  The School provides excellent staff development opportunities.
