Our clients, compose of Top Tier Banks and Financial Institutes, are currently looking for high caliber candidates to join their expanding team.

 Responsibilities

1. Execution of a full spectrum of corporate finance assignments, including IPO, M&A, fund raising exercises and corporate finance advisory transactions;
2. Manage and cooperate with various professional parties in execution of transactions including client relationship management, drafting of documentations, conducting due diligence as well as liaising with all regulatory authorities;
3. To assist in deal sourcing, assessment and execution;
4. Prepare pitching documents such as proposals and information memorandum; 
5. Keeping abreast of corporate developments and rules and regulations;
6. Provide on-going support for maintaining relationship with investors, investees and business partners.

Requirements

1. Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Laws or related discipline;
2. Holder of Representative License for SFC Type 6 regulated activity;
3. With 4 – 6 years of working experience relevant to corporate finance, preferably with FA, IPO and M&A execution experience;
4. Candidate with less experience will be considered as SVP or VP;
5. Solid exposure and knowledge of Listing Rules and Takeovers Code and relevant regulatory requirements is a plus;
6. Good knowledge about securities market and corporate finance activities;
7. Able to work independently, entrepreneurial and self-motivated;
8. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
9. Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skill;
10. Able and willing to travel extensively.
