Our client, a fast growing HK Bank is now seeking talent for an AM in Special Assets Management. Reporting to the Team Head, you will be mainly responsible for debt collection of overdue Commercial Banking Accounts. By negotiating the repayment terms with the overdue accounts, you also need to work closely with legal advice team to carry out certain legal actions and collateral repossession arrangement if required. Coaching new joining staff, oversee debt collection and perform credit control tasks.

To qualify, the candidate must possess:

• University Degree
• At least 5 years working experiences in related duties
• People management experiences
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
