Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Department Head and leading a team of 5 compliance professionals
• Conduct compliance testing programs, self-assessments and compliance review
• Review operating procedures and provide compliance advice
• Coordinate with internal department in the submission of surveys and enquires received from regulators
• Perform review on proper implementation of new regulatory requirements
• Review and follow up non-compliance / significant incidents for regulatory reporting

Requirements:

• Degree holder of above with at least 5 years’ relevant working experience
• Good knowledge of banking rules and regulations such as Banking Ordinance / Code of Banking Practice / Data Protection / Insurance / FATCA compliance
• Able to handle multi-tasks independently and work under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
