Our clients, compose of Top Tier Banks and Financial Institutes, are currently looking for high caliber candidates to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the execution of daily settlement activities (Hong Kong and Overseas Stock & Futures, Bonds, Options, Derivative);
2. Monitor the settlements includes CCASS, OTC, Global Equities and Mutual Funds to ensure the compliance of internal operational procedures and relevant jurisdiction;
3. Perform reconciliations between front office and back office system to ensure data capture accuracy and completeness;
4. Handle IPO application & Corporate Action Events;
5. Communicate with internal and external parties effectively;
6. Handle ad hoc projects and participate in system development, user requirement collection, UAT, system migration and etc.

Requirements:

1. Degree holder in Finance/Business Administration or related discipline(s);
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in the securities/futures industry, Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager;
3. Hands on experience in the operation of CCASS, CCMS and DCASS;
4. Familiar with International matching and clearing platforms such as Euroclear/Clearstream, CMU and Omgeo is preferred;
5. Detailed-oriented and sensitive to number;
6. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
