Job Description
Responsibilities
• Handle daily coordination and inquiries with clients regarding printing and production matters;
• Develop good rapport and provide professional services to customers;
• Able to work as a team player.
Requirements:
• Form 7 or above, with at least 1 years of relevant working experience in a similar field or capacity
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese;
• Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin is preferred;
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline;
• Shift duties required (included Night Shifts);
• Maturity and independence to handle tasks in prompt and effective manner;
• Fresh graduate in any principle is also welcomed, less experience will be considered as a Customer Service Trainee.
